Behavior Essentials recently reached a momentous milestone, celebrating its remarkable seven-year anniversary in July. These exceptional individuals are the heart and soul of our organization, and we are excited to share their inspiring stories with you.
At Behavior Essentials, we consider ourselves immensely fortunate to have an exceptional group of individuals who not only support one another but also wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to serving the families we work with. Casey Hayden, the Owner of Behavior Essentials, is a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst. With over two decades of expertise, Casey has been primarily focused on providing invaluable assistance to families caring for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
During the early stages of her career, Casey worked closely with children in their homes, delivering one-on-one support through Early Intensive Behavior Intervention programs utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As her skills and knowledge expanded, she transitioned into a leadership role as a lead interventionist and eventually became a behavior consultant for children with Autism. Casey's unwavering passion led her to a vision of working more closely with parents, empowering them to teach their children the essential skills required for success and fostering a joyful home life. This vision became a reality seven years ago with the establishment of Behavior Essentials.
Casey's exceptional leadership is complemented by an extraordinary and dedicated team of staff members. As the first point of contact for parents and caregivers seeking assistance from Behavior Essentials, Renée Knipper, our intake specialist, provides a compassionate and patient voice. Renee's unwavering dedication to helping families access the care they need is truly commendable and invaluable.
Additionally, Behavior Essentials is supported by three highly skilled behavior specialists. Desirae Wingerter, a Board Certified Analyst (BCBA), and Christopher Curler, also board certified and licensed, bring similar backgrounds to Casey, accumulating a combined 30 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Desirae not only plays a vital role in creating behavior plans and providing guidance to our families but also contributes as an integral part of The Collaboration Center Foundation, a notable non-profit organization in Las Vegas.
Heading our teams in both Las Vegas and Reno, Chris leads the charge in serving both urban and rural communities, including underserved regions such as Fallon, Elko, Yerington, Fernley, Spring Creek, and the Reno/Sparks area, with ABA services.
Finally, we extend a warm welcome to Tiffany Hamilton, our newest team member. With experience in the field since 2019 and certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Tiffany is currently pursuing board certification as a behavior analyst. As she works alongside our BCBAs and families at Behavior Essentials, Tiffany continues to expand her expertise and make valuable contributions to our organization.
